SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your order will usually arrive within 7 to 14 business days (estimated about 3 weeks) after you make payment. The computation of 7 to 14 business days would exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Your order may be subjected to VAT, import duties and/or taxes that are levied once your package reaches your country. Twinkle Twinkle Little Stars does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular country charges maybe.

RETURN
We take pride in our reputation for providing quality and giving excellent value to our customers. If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund.
To enable us to process your refund, kindly send back the purchase (unused, unworn and unwashed) within 7 days upon receiving it. Upon receiving the item in its original condition, the purchase price will be refunded to you within 5 working days.
Kindly note that we cannot make refunds under the following circumstances
• sales items or
• items that have been washed, worn or used or
• return items that are lost in transit or
• items returned to us after 7 days of receipt (based on the postal office marking)
