How do I track the status of my order?
Your order will take approximately 7 to 14 business day (about 3 weeks) to reach you.
If you do not receive the parcel after 3 weeks, kindly contact us and we will provide you with the registered article reference. At the same time, we will also write to the Singapore Postal Office to check on the status of your parcel.
What is the assurance that you provide for your shipments?
We guarantee that all our customers will receive their shipments.
In the unlikely event that the relevant postal authorities (e.g. Singapore Postal Office, United States Postal Service) confirms that the parcel is lost in transit. We will make a full refund to you. The International Postal Guidelines allow your local postal office up to 2 months to investigate the status of your parcel.
Upon confirmation by the Postal Authorities that the parcel has been lost in transit, a full refund (purchase price and shipping fee) would be refunded to you.
What do I do if the parcel sent to me has been returned undelivered to Twinkle Twinkle Little Stars?
Your postal office will return a parcel to us in the following situations:
a. the parcel has been unclaimed or
b. the address that you have provided is incorrect or
c. the parcel has been rejected by the recipient
Your postal office will usually send back returned parcels by sea mail. It takes approximately about 6 weeks for us to receive an undelivered parcel.
The Singapore Postal Services does not reimburse shipping fees for parcels that are undelivered. Hence, to allow us to ship the parcel to you, you would need to pay for the shipping fees again.
Will I be charged additional taxes and duties?
Twinkle Twinkle Little Stars does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular country may charge.

What are the shipping fee and charges for shipping to addresses in Singapore?
Buyers who choose to ship their parcles to Singapore addresses will have to pay the prevailing Goods and Services Taxes (GST). Please email us once you have finish your purchases for the checkout procedure.
How to I calculate the shipping and handling of my order?
Shipping will be calculated based on the weight of your purchase.
You have our guarantee that you pay lower than the actual shipping fees as we subsidise all shipping fees.
For purchase of more than 10 or more apparels. There will be a free upgrade to worldwide courier service, it generally takes about 3 to 4 business days and the parcel would reach you within a week. For worldwide courier parcels, you would need to provide a daytime telephone contact number.
What is your return policy?
We take pride in our reputation for providing quality and giving excellent value to our customers. If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund of the price of apparel. Please read our return policy for more information.
How to make a return?
To enable us to process your refund, kindly email us to inform us of your intention to make a return. We will respond within 2 working days with the return item procedure.
You can send back the purchase (unused, unworn and unwashed) within 7 days upon receiving it. Upon receiving the item in its original condition, the purchase price of the item will be refunded to you.
Kindly note that we cannot make refunds under the following circumstances
• sale items or
• items that have been washed, worn or used or
• return items that are lost in transit or
• items returned to us after 7 days of receipt (based on the postal office marking)
